3/24/26 We transferred to Tinamou Reserve but stopped at Sonso Lagoon. This was an awesome place with so many birds! With Anderson Munoz as our excellent guide (Many Thanks again!), we were excited to see the amazing birds of this beautiful area!

A – F : Amazon Kingfisher , Bare-faced Ibis , Blue-headed Parrot (distant), Cocoi Heron (ad. and grayish juvenile), Common Potoo , Fork-tailed Flycatcher (m).
G – L : Glossy Ibis , Great Egret , Greater Ani , Horned Screamer , Lesser Nighthawk .
M – S : Neotropic Cormorant , Northern Tropical Pewee , Smooth-billed Ani , Snail Kite , Southern Lapwing , Spectacled Parrotlet , Spot-breasted Woodpecker , Streaked Flycatcher , Striated Heron .
T – Z : Tropical Screech-Owl , Wattled Jacana , White-faced Whistling-Duck , Yellow-headed Caracara , Yellow-olive Flatbill , Yellow Oriole .
