3/18/2026 Cali, Colombia: We flew into Cali and were driven 1 1/2 hours north to the beautiful Araucana Lodge (run by Christopher and Vivian Calonje) to start our Colombia Birdwatch Tour (organized by Chris- big thanks!). Our Guide throughout the 12 days was Anderson Munoz who really new his stuff! Thank you, Anderson! We had an AMAZING trip – the country is just stunning, the people so friendly and helpful, and the birds were glorious!

3/20 Birded Araucana Lodge property.
3/21 Birded Upper Anchicaya – Dona Doras.
3/22 San Felipe Birding and Alas de Los Alpes.
3/23 Atuncela Dry Forest and San Antonio Forest.
3/24 Drove to Tinamu Lodge via Sonso Lagoon (very cool place).
3/25 Birded Tinamu Lodge, then drove north towards Manizales.
3/26 Hacienda El Bosque birding reserve.
3/27 Termales del Ruiz and Los Nevados National Park
3/28 Termales del Ruiz area birding.
3/29 Color de Mi Reves birding reserve.
3/30 Rio Blanco Nature Reserve.
